Happy New Year!

I hope that the new year is happy, healthy, and prosperous for everyone.

Here on the Cape, the sun and fun capitol of the east coast, we saw 2008 leave in a snow storm. Today the sky is blue and the sun is shining, and everything is blanketed in 5 or so inches of snow. I was going to post a photo here of our winter wonderland but my camera wont cooperate. Apparently the batteries are too low. I just changed them a week ago, but I used bargain brand. Note to self: Cheap can be costly in the long run.

Oh well - I guess I'll post a picture from the last storm - as it looks a lot like this. Only difference is that it is sunny, and the snow is studded with hundreds of pine needles blown off trees by the high winds.
